Hello! It's been almost 2 months since my last blog post. I love this blog and how it's allowed me to look back on the past year of my life, but 2 months without blogging is 2 months too long. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to change that?
What have I been up to? Well, since July 23rd, quite a bit - there have been numerous weddings, baby showers, summer parties, birthdays, along with my job that I love. I've started running more, wound up in physical therapy and completed my first 5k! I showcased my creative side and wound up making some pretty badass projects - I painted wine glasses, made modge podge photo coasters and etched glasses for my bf's birthday and created these beautiful confetti wine glasses - a total anthropologie knock off.
I also tried green juice from Whole Foods and decided that I need a juicer in my life like.right.now. Fresh juice in Hawaii was incredible, but when I saw that my Whole Foods had installed a juice bar, I was so happy that I wanted to cry.
Anyway, in other news, my 27th birthday is this weekend! Was it really a whole year ago that I blogged about my 26 lessons learned? I'm anxious to look back on this post, to see how I've changed and grown in the past year.
See you later with a birthday post and a recipe post for a super easy caprese pasta bake :) And most likely a tutorial on how to make a Hello Kitty birthday cake, since I'll be doing that for a very special toddler's birthday - happy birthday to the sweetest of the little bears :)
